1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the WonderLys website.

Any order placed on our online store implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products

WonderLys mainly offers self-published memory books as well as related accessories.

Products are described with the greatest possible care. Photographs and visuals displayed on the website are non-contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes where applicable.

Delivery charges are indicated before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any validated order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The customer receives a confirmation email once the order has been validated.

5. Payment

Payments are secured and processed via the solutions offered by Shopify (Shopify Payments, PayPal, bank card or any other available payment methods).

6. Delivery

Delivery times and delivery areas are detailed in the Delivery Policy available on the website.

WonderLys cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs services.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unused, non-personalised items returned in their original condition.

Regarding WonderLys memory books, no refund can be issued if the book has been completed, written in, personalised or shows signs of use making it unsuitable for resale.

Returned items must be received in good overall condition and properly protected during return transport.

9. Liability

WonderLys shall not be held liable for:

  • improper use of the products,
  • delays related to the carrier,
  • cases of force majeure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the WonderLys website (texts, illustrations, logo, design, visuals) is protected by intellectual property law.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought as a priority.

Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of WonderLys, unless otherwise provided by law.

 

2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

1. Data Collected

WonderLys only collects the data necessary for processing orders and communicating with customers:

  • first and last name,
  • postal address,
  • email address,
  • information necessary for payment processing.

2. Use of Data

Data is used solely to:

  • prepare and dispatch orders,
  • communicate with the customer regarding their order,
  • send a newsletter if the customer has consented to it.

3. Data Sharing

Data is never resold.

It may only be shared with service providers necessary for the proper functioning of orders (payment, delivery, website hosting).

Data is retained for the period necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations.

WonderLys implements reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access.

3. Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

WonderLys currently delivers to:

  • France,
  • Luxembourg,
  • certain European countries depending on carrier availability.

2. Processing Times

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • France: approximately 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: approximately 5 to 10 business days

These delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout according to parcel weight and destination.

5. Tracking

A tracking number may be provided when the shipping method allows it.

6. Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

Customers have 14 days after receipt of their order to request a return.

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

  • unused,
  • non-personalised,
  • returned in their original condition.

Completed memory books, annotated books or books showing signs of use cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by WonderLys or the product is defective.

For any return request, the customer must contact WonderLys via the contact form or professional email address in order to receive return instructions.
